Join us for a Yoga & Ayurveda Class
Discussion and meditation group: We will begin with gentle yoga and pranayama (yogic breathing), followed by a meditation. Then we will read and talk about that week’s subject. All are welcome! Wear comfortable clothing for movement.

October 8: Hot Stone Massage Class. Come learn the art of Hot Stone Massage. This class will give you information about the safety and care of hot stones as well as plenty of hands-on training. Although this class is recommended for massage therapists (a great ad on to your practice), it is open to all. Call to reserve your spot or to inquire about future classes.
October 18-19. Join us at the Whole Health Expo in Northampton to learn more about lots of health options.
November 5, 7-9. Massage Introduction Class. Learn basic techniques to massage your family, friends and loved ones. This is a beginners class and open to all. The class will be designed to show you general massage skills as well as techniques catered to your individual needs, so bring your questions! Reserve your space ahead of time as space is limited. Cost $25-50 sliding scale.
Crystal Fair with local harpist Jerry Marchand: November 28-30 (Weekend after Thanksgiving)
Come join us at our 1st Crystal Fair. Browse a wonderful selection of crystals you can take home for yourself or as a gift for the holidays. Local harpist, Jerry Marchand will be performing at this event. His newest CD, The Lady of the Lake, is playing now at the center and for sale for your enjoyment.

What You Can Expect...
Though it is difficult to conceptualize for most of us, Earth and all life upon her are fast approaching the end of an eon. We are in the midst of a great shift in consciousness - The Turning of the Times.
Destructive systems must and will fall away, but who is dreaming this new reality? Who is manifesting it? Who is telling the story that will be our future? Those in power cannot see that future for the present reality has served them well. When truth speaks to me, it does so with a real command to embody what it is I vision as the future. If I want peace, I must become peace. If I want love, I must open my heart to love. If we do not see our way through our own healing journey, we will not be able to grasp the future - and what of our children and the seven generations to follow?
Our journey together begins with healing our individual and collective past, moves towards living consciously in the present moment, and ends with projecting the vision of the future - heart community in co-creation with Mother Earth.
